IIT JEE 2009 Exam was held on 12 April, 2009. The paper of IIT JEE 2009 was quite easy in comparison to IIT JEE 2008. The paper had two sections, Paper1 and Paper2. Both had equal weightage and equal marks of 240 and maximum of 480 paper1+paper2. 

The IIT JEE 2009 estimation of cut off is authentic by various institutes of IIT JEE and it was declared that IIT JEE year 2009 cutt off will be around 171-175.
